Spartan photos and back on track....

They finally posted photos from my Spartan race, so I'm sharing the ones I've found here. It is a little bit of a challenge to find yourself on the photo page, but these are some good ones! I'm still really proud of my self for doing a Spartan race and finishing it. It was really hard, but I do recommend to anyone who wants to try something challenging and fun.

Now that I'm "back to school" (I'm a school counselor) I've been working on setting a consistent routine that will allow me to actually reach my goal weight. My goal is to get to the 150's, as in 159.9.... lol. A few steps at a time though, my weight this summer fluctuated in the mid 170's, 173-178. I wasn't exercising consistently or eating on any kind of plan. My back to school plan is working out and eating right about 99% of the time. So far I'm doing well, but I can't seem to break out of the 170's. I've been having a protein shake for breakfast and lunch, very limited snacks during my work day and a small healthy dinner at home. Along with that I have been working out 3 days a week (sometimes more) alternating between cardio and weight training. Extra workouts have included swimming, paddle boarding and stacking firewood. You'd think my body would be giving up by now and shedding some pounds... not so much! But, I am in it to win it so I'll continue working out until I slap this body into shape. Hope all of my BO0B sisters are doing well, I had a dream the other night that we were having another get together this year. I was so excited to see everyone and to go to Trader Joe's.... haha! I really wish it were true though.

Love and hugs to all.
