3 month update in pictures mostly...

Oy. Yoi.Yoi. I've been so busy having fun the last few months I've neglected to do any updates. The only update I have right now for you is life is fun!! I have not lost more weight (maintained in low 170's) but I have kept myself busy. If you are friends with me on FB you have seen these pictures, if not here is my life for the last three months, actually there are quite a few more pics but these are the fun ones!
I entered my first SUP race. It was a little over 6 miles. I finished last. I loved every second of it because it was a big accomplishment for me to get out there with all of the young buff athletes and pretend for just a second that I was one of them. I did finish ahead of everyone who was at home on the couch though!

My husband and I took a little mini vacay to the Fairlane Club of America car show in Dearborn Michigan. We flew into Chicago and rented a car to drive to Dearborn. We had a great time and saw so many cool Fairlanes! This is us at the 50th anniversary dinner for the Ford Thunderbolt. My favorite car! I had to go to Denver for a convention so we decided to drive from Michigan to Denver, we took the long way to Denver through several states and it was such a fun road trip!

 In Texas!

Made it to Denver for my convention and did some touristy stuff too. Pike's Peak (we rode the cog train up to the peak) made me soooo sick. Altitude is not my friend, but it was amazing and beautiful!

Yes I did try rocky mountain oysters in Denver! They actually tasted ok. We ate at an amazing restaurant called "The Buckhorn Exchange". mmmm. it was so good!

Back from Denver and I did a color run called Run or Dye with my support group peeps. It was pretty fun, easy course but I have not been running enough to get a decent time. I pretty much just walk/jogged it and enjoyed the fun of it.
Hanging out with my sister at the big car cruise in Vancouver, she has a super cool Bronco and we brought one of our Fairlanes down and met up with a bunch of friends. I don't recall much after this picture. I drank waaaaaaaaay too much alcohol that day. :)

Next up was a fun trip to Mexico with a couple of my friends from work. It was sunny and beautiful and the food was delicious! I only drank too much alcohol on one night... I'm seeing a pattern forming...lol.

My most recent accomplishment! I finished the Spartan Race!! Yay me and I would encourage anyone who is looking for a fun challenge to do it!

And just like I always do I will promise to try to do a better job of keeping this blog updated! I do plan on losing 30 pounds more! Here I go!!!
