Donkey and Lou do a vlog for BECKY!

...sorry I haven't been around, work has been crazy, busy, annoying, overwhelming, and just really more than I care to talk about right now. I am pretty much caught up on reading blogs and I'm trying to get back to posting. I got back down to 188 within a couple of days of being back from Chicago, but this morning I was back up to about 190, maybe a little less (I was wearing my PJ's and usually I weigh au natural after my morning pee pee). So I'm kinda hanging in there, but there have been a couple of days of really crappy eating- not gonna sugar coat it too much so I might as well fess up that I have had ZERO days of exercise since my return from Chicago. I did print out the morning class schedule for the Y today. I hope to start going to the gym in the morning 2-3 days a week and I absolutely have to start running 3-4 days a week if I am going to be ready for my half marathon in May... I'll keep you posted!

    And don't beat yourself up, just make the next right choice. You already did, you printed the workout schedule at the Y. Zumba for me foxy lady :)
