all over the place....

my weight that is, 


199 the night I got back from Vegas
196 a day later
193 on Friday
190 on Sunday evening
191 on Monday morning
193 on Tuesday morning


I don't understand! 
I had a great workout yesterday- I swam 3/4 of a mile, biked 9 miles and then jogged 2 miles. I ate well. I've been drinking 60 to 100 oz of water each day. 


Well, I guess I'll just keep plugging away and hope that it will go down and stay down.  I'm going to run today, my 2.5 mile neighborhood route.


I do have a lot on my mind that I'd like to blog about but I just haven't had time to sit down and organize my thoughts so that they will make sense. I may have some time to do that tonight- I'll try.


Hope you are all well and happy. And I hope our friends hit by the earthquake today didn't get too shaken up!

  1. Jen just remember that muscle weighs more than fat. So you are more than likely building muscle with that GREAT workout you just described. Chin up you have so much to be proud of.

  2. I hate when my scale jumps around like that, it makes me not want to step on at all, but it's like a car wreck, I can't look away! :(

    Your weight will most likely settle down now that you're not training for the triathlon, or going on envy inducing vacations until BOOBs! :)
