198 on the scale this am, hence the MEH- I'm not focusing on the scale right now, just my 10 mile goal. I did 2.5 miles yesterday, and I am going for another 2.5 today... that makes me feel good. I don't really have much to talk about right now, so this is another short and sweet post. I am fighting the "at home-in-the-evening-after dinner-head hunger monster every day like so many others. What I need to do is have some safe options that I can use instead of eating the "bad" stuff or making "bad" choices. I saw a bunch of good options on other posts, so it is time to get to the store and stock up!

It was so weird. I clicked on your blog and it said new post "0 seconds" ago. Never had that happen before. I was snowed in today and ate too much so way to go on your mileage.
