short and sweet. a new strategy...

I'm setting an exercise goal instead of a weight loss goal this week...

soooo here goes. on paper. well. virtual paper.

10 miles this week (before nightfall on Sunday).

go me.

  1. Excellent idea! Does this mean we're scrapping the 10 pounds by 5K day goal?

    I've always found it much more motivating (and rewarding) to set goals I'm totally in control of achieving... and let's face it we can do everything right and that darn scale just won't cooperate at times.

    We should get together again soon...
