1/4cup nuts 150cals
1 hershey kiss ?
1/2 cup chicken w/teriaki sauce 250cals
1/2 cup rice 300
total: approx 1400 cals
SHIT!! I thought I was doing much better than that today! My dinner was huge on calories- could have gotten by with less chicken and rice, I just didn't look it up until after I ate and was really thinking chicken was lower in cals. I can/will do better on calories tomorrow. ugh. what a battle this is!
Exercise: did workout number two, week 5 of couch to 5k (30min w/o with 5 min cool down)

That is not a bad day girl! The teriyaki sauce was probably the issue but still you did really well. You can't beat yourself up over this, if this upsets you you would have a duck over what I ate this weekend! This weight will come off. Your portions are excellant!
