the scale moved! Down! Yaaaaay! I am so excited that it is moving again. Two weeks is tooooo long to wait for that to happen. I know about plateaus and all that it just sucks when you really hit one. I am going for my 3rd fill next week. I met with Melanie yesterday, she said for me to do three things, now I can't really remember all that we talked about but I think I at least remember a couple (dang, I need to be writing things down when I am with her). First, she said get a fill, second, keep working on my exercise. Neil is going to be so disappointed in me if I don't get myself moving at least 4x's per week and third.... I can't remember right now. I might have to email her and ask her. I think it was about eating breakfast. I've been having a hard time eating in the morning- not hungry, band is tighter, etc, etc. So I've been drinking milk in the morning as my breakfast- whole milk. yummy. I think I am going to have to break down and join a gym. I am probably going to make it Shana's gym so we can meet up to work out more often. I didn't make Zumba yesterday because of my appointment with Melanie, so now I am really behind on exercise. I need to get going for 20 mins minimum on Lucy each night- that is my goal for this week, actually 30 mins w/Lucy each day when I get home. Let's just see how that goes!
