going down~!

I weighed in today at WW at work and hit my lowest weight yet... 224.4 Yay! So exciting. I'm trying to get to 219 by the end of the month. 2 weeks to lose 5 lbs. I think I can make it. I am going in for my 3rd fill on Wednesday (in the middle of the day, I'll have to go back to work after). I hadn't lost anything this month until this last week. I actually went up 2lbs before I came back down 7. I am pretty happy that I am going in the right direction again. The wierd thing is I didn't do any exercise last week. No Zumba, no elliptical, no walks, no work out with Neil... nothin'. So it really boggles me that the week I do nothing I have my biggest loss yet! I'm not going to think about it too much, don't want to ruin my own moment of glory. I am just going to accept it for what it is... a loss!! :o) Today I exercised with Neil, cardio and strength, tomorrow is zumba and Wednesday is my fill, so maybe nothing then some cardio on Thursday and strength training on Friday. I have a super long day tomorrow- probably going to end up being like a 13 hour day, so I'm going to try to go to bed early tonight. So much to do so little time... should be the motto of my life these days!
