ugh.




You know it is going to be a major b***chfest when someone titles thier entry, UGH. Well this isn't really a big one, just a little one for now. Not much happening here. Today is the 9th and I am up half a pound from the first. My time of month is coming so for the past week I've been fighting cravings and the urge to stuff anything I can in my face hole. I've done OK. Not so great on exercise, but ok. 3 times this week is ok. I'm hoping as soon as aunt flo gets here I see a big drop on the scale. I have been drinking tons of water and no (yes I said no) wine! yay me. I'm visiting my mom and sister this weekend, but I am still trying to stick to plan. I am getting better on my portions. I've learned where to stop way before I need to so I don't get that uncomfortable stuffed feeling. I have also learned that like most women my band gets a little tighter during the week before my cycle- I think it has something to do with water retention.

I am definitely struggling with my C25k. I only have 7 weeks now and I am still on my week one training! yikes!! I am considering re joining the gym- it just gets dark too early around here in the winter. I love my zumba class so I might try to do that more than once a week or another fun class to mix it up. Well I'm feeling more optomistic already! I can do this, I AM doing this!

  1. Hey, when are the zumba classes and is it something that I can join? I will totally go with you. My gym membership and trainer have been cutoff so I need to so something. Just let me know.

    Also I am leaving today around noon for Oregon myself so if you want a ride let me know.
