calories, protien, fat - oh my!

Well, I've been looking at my papers from my nutritionist and here is what she wants:





48-64 oz of liquid per day - I have been doing great with this. OMG, I just realized I haven't


had a diet coke for a week! I am seriously impressed with myself!





Mindful Eating!





Eat small bites


Eat Slow >I'm working on all of these daily!


choose food wisely





Calories- I'm guessing 1000-1200 per day (Have to check with Jenn my nutritionist AKA "nut")


Fat- ? "low fat" need more info from nut Jenn on what this number is


Protien- ? 40 grams? that is a solid guess, again need info from nut Jenn





I believe I am well within the parameters for cal., fat, and protien, but starting today I am really going to track it.





Breakfast:


Calories: 250, fat, 11.6. Protien, 5


Lunch:


calories:235, fat, 8 Protien, 8





*I'm going to add a protien shake in here for a snack


calories, 190, fat, 9 protien, 20 (protien shake to the rescue!)





dinner:


(as planned) cals: 200, fat 6, protien 10





total: Calories 875, fat, 35g, protien, 43g so far so good for the day. Leaves room for a couple of small snacks if needed.





I'm glad I took the time to figure this out, I really need to do it every day! I think I could lower the fat and up th calories a little too. I'll be sharing with NUT. Jenn and see what she says at our next appt.
