upping the calories...

I am very happy that I have been loosing weight so well, however I have a feeling I'm going to have to be more intentional about tracking my calories (and carbs) to maintain this downward trend. I need to eat around 1,000 calories a day AND exercise.





Today I had a whopping 250 calorie breakfast...





malt o meal 130 cals


brown sugar 15 cal


butter 100 cal. (my guess?)


plus I had a swig of whole milk





I don't know what lunch is yet, but dinner will be chili. I'll check the calories on that so I can decide what to have for lunch.





Dave and I went for a little walk last night because our neighbor's dog decided to visit. We walked him home (it was probably 1/2 mile). There is a nice hill on that walk so we did get to huffin and puffin a bit. We decided we should go for more evening walks. We live in a beautiful area, lots of trees and wildlife.





I would like to get a treadmill or an elliptical(my dream). So if any of you know of someone who has fallen of the exercise track and wants to give away or sell cheap a nice one, let me know. I know the lack of exercise is going to kick in soon and I'll stop loosing then too. I have to stay one step ahead...

  1. Let me talk to Ron but I would imagine you can use our elyptical of bow flex for awhile. It is just going to be in the way while we are moving.
