new territory, coming soon....

Today I weighed in at 185.8, I've officially lost 61 pounds! I am tied with my lowest post lap-band weight ( only saw 185 for 1 day, it was post lap band and I worked my ass off for it).

The lowest adult weight I can remember is 177, when I did Atkins hardcore for about a year. I remember starting at 225ish and when I got to 177 I felt great, I'm so excited that I am so close to reaching that milestone again.

I've been busy, back to school and I'm exhausted. Wish I could be independently wealthy, not have to report to work on such a regular basis and all that.... but it is what it is, and I really love my job!

You can definitely say I've fallen off my exercise horse since the start of school, none, nada, zip for exercise this past week. Yikes! Guess I'm "shaking things up" for now, but I know that I need to keep on keeping on with my exercise. My sis wants to do an obstacle/mud run next spring, so I want to get to training now.

I'm going to Chicago for a work conference for the first few days of October and then to Vegas for a week in November- anyone want to plan a meet up?

I'll get back to posting more regularly, I promise! I'll be back to give a full stats update soon, but for now it is off to work!

  2. I can get on board with so much of what you just posted! I would so make the best rich person! I'd still work. I love my job! But it would definitely be more on my own hours. More family time for sure. I was suppose to start grad school late summer, but cause of health reasons did not. And now I also fear how it would affect my workout routine. Some day I hope to, but I just don't think it is the time for me right now. I am also planning on doing a mud run type obstacle course next year.

Keep up the awesome work! And good luck with school!
