it's over...

the shame and guilt over my recent gain... time to move forward.

Not that I will forget anytime soon, I mean for crying in the night I already lost the dang 12 lbs I just gained in a month, why the heck did I do that!!? Now I have to lose them again. Good news is I am refocused. I'm doing 2 shakes and a sensible low carb/calorie dinner and I've already lost 3lbs. Gonna get back on the exercise train regularly to shake some more of the gain ASAP and I hope that I will be back down with in 2 weeks to my most recent low and have a good jump start on more loss...

I guess my month of pathetic eating has just proven to me more than ever that I need to get the sleeve sooner than later.

I appreciate the supportive comments, it really  really helped bring me out of that funky place. I think I felt so sad and disappointed (I knew what I was doing the whole time, um hello, avoiding the scale = knowing) I just lost it for a second and posted my crazy last post feeling all sorry for myself and pitiful.

So again, thank you for being such a wonderful group of friends,  I love you so much :)

I'll definitely keep you all posted on how it goes for the next couple of weeks.

    Hang in there :)

  12. You may have lost a battle, but the war rages on, and you will be the ultimate victor! Sometimes in battle you need to retreat, regroup, and strategize a new plan. That is what you are doing and you will be successful!
Ok, enough war talk! Good luck, we are here for you!

  13. Way to pull yourself out of the funk and lose 3lbs super speedily! Any news on the sleeve? I guess I could read up and see what you've said about it recently, but do you have to wait for it?
