I'll post tomorrow after I see him, hopefully I don't just cry the whole time...
Fingers are crossed that he has good news (that I would be a good sleeve candidate).
In other news...
- I lost just a little over a pound in the first week of the challenge- yay! I'm working out like a fool thanks to my roomie Maria and my upcoming triathlon that I am totally freaking out about- I know I can finish it, I just know I can!
- I am super excited about Donut Butt's upcoming visit to Seattle
- After working in the yard all day today mowing and clearing out some blackberry bushes I look like I got in a fight with a rabid cat!
- my appetite suppressants are really helping (thank you Lord and baby Jesus!)
- did I mention I am nervous about seeing my surgeon tomorrow?
- I have been doing some serious muscle building workouts- I am sore where I didn't know it is possible to be sore!
- I had a super fun weekend with my mom, and we just worked around her house getting some stuff moved around and cleaned up. My step dad is on dialysis and with our little projects done he is much more comfortable now! yay :)
- I am tired. physically tired and feeling like I'm old today- boo
- my mood/emotional state has been stable for over a week now, maybe I'm over the hump now!
- I really loved seeing Barbra's vlog and meeting Thelma and Louise!
- Can't wait for BOOB's blogger of the day to start and for Chicago to be here- like yesterday! seriously.
- I am so craving junk food right now- gotta get to Costco and get my protein shakes stat! I ran out yesterday, so I know I am way low on my protein intake today.
- Congrats to all the losers in the first week of the Back to Basics Challenge :)
Well, I guess that is about it for today, it's raining again (In Seattle? I know, it is a shocker right?) so tomorrow my plan is to go through my kitchen and get my cabinets organized. It's all a mess and I know I even have some expired food in my pantry that needs to go too...
I just got all caught up on blogs after being gone all weekend, so bring it ladies! I need some more reading material...
I have my fingers, toes, and eyes crossed for your surgeon visit tomorrow. You deserve many good things.
