one step back....

oy, today has been the toughest day yet. I felt pretty good yesterday afternoon so I used the hand held shower and sat in the bathtub to take my shower. It was pretty easy and I still felt good after I was done (not too tired or anything).
However,I woke up in a lot of pain this morning, took some pain meds and it finally kicked in at around noon so now I am feeling much better. I have my follow up appointment with Dr. B today so I will be back to post more later. Thanks to all of you for hanging in there with me, this band removal has  been more difficult than my initial band placement (physically and emotionally) and I can't even begin to guess how much worse it would be without all of your arms around me! I love you guys :)

    I have been gone to long...I did not know you had a removal! Sorry about the pain but you seem to be doing okay!! Rest as much as you can and I am going to back read a bit!

    Jen, I have not been blogging and I missed your last few posts. I can't imagine what you are feeling. It is so unfair. I don't have to tell you that, I just want you to know I am thinking about you, thinking that you did not deserve any of this, I know you did everything right with your band (at least as "right" as the rest of us are.) You will heal, and hopefully soon you will get a much better solution - another WLS if that is what it takes.
