Bullshit and Some Truth

It's Jen. It's me time. A journey to health and happiness. This is my story. I was banded on 7/13/09). My band was removed due to erosion. My sad day was 6/2/11. I had my revision to sleeve on 4/1/13. I'm ready to rock this sleeve and get on with my life!
And doing it bandless AND pumped full of liquids for surgery! Good for you! I hope you're feeling better.
ReplyDeleteYou can continue to lose or at the very least, maintain your weight. Just keep doing what you've learned to do....exercise and portion control. You can hang on until you decide, what, if anything you want to do when you heal.
ReplyDeleteGood for you! New lows are always exciting and you'll probably see the 180s after you get rid of all the fluids they pumped in you.
ReplyDeleteHi Jen, I just started to follow you. I saw one of your posts on another blog I read and saw you were having your band removed. I too, may need to have mine removed. I am sad and scared of the thought of losing it. I am angry too because I feel like the band failed me and I've done all I am supposed to do and still had problems. I wish you all the best and will follow you to see how your sleeve surgery goes.
ReplyDeleteJen, I'm so thrilled for you with your new low. Hang in there girl while your body heals and you decide what the next step is. You are in my thoughts.
ReplyDeleteThat's amazing... I know you will continue to do well. I am so glad that the surgery is behind you.
ReplyDeleteThat's great. :) Congrats, hon.
