weigh in today: 198! ugh.
logged my food today- ended up drinking 2 protien shakes at work instead of eating cookies non stop- good choice, but I did eat a bunch of popcorn and probably at least 20 choc. covered peanuts at the boys basket ball game tonight while running the scoreboard...
Tomorrow I have a fill- thank the lord! Please let it get me to my sweet spot. please. please. please, oh please! with sugar and all the other yummy stuff I like on top please let it be the one!
Bonnie has a fill too... I am sending good vibes her way, I know what it is like to be hungry al the time... logging food is helping me make better choices overall... I didn't log the popcorn and peanuts, it was after I left my desk. Tomorrow I keep my log with me at all times...no exceptions. Then I will be on liquids for at least 2 days.
I'll report back again soon on my fill and weigh in. I haven't been commenting much, but I have been reading faithfully. I will try to post more and comment more. Work is getting in the way of my fun time- boo!
