Berry Run 5k Fun!

Sorry for my slack on blog posting, but it is a very busy time for me right now, the end of the school year is coming and everyday is packed with activities and stuff to get done that all have a definite deadline... the last day of school! I hope to keep up my blog a little better once I get past this hectic week, I remember being much better about keeping my posts more current not too long ago. I am only 1 month away from my one year anniversary- I can hardly believe it has been a year already... whoa!

Anyway, as the title eludes, I did another 5k, this time with a few of my support group friends. It was a gorgeous day! I had the exact same time as my last 5k- 38 minutes. I really really want a 35 minute time on my next one-I do have my half marathon in only 2 weeks! I'm hoping I'll be able to finish in a decent time... I haven't done that distance in over 5 years! I can't believe that just a year ago I couldn't even do a lap around my car and now I'll be going 13.1 miles! I love, love love the help I have gotten from my band! I have a few pictures of my friends at the Berry Run- none of me, but you do get to see my number...
