Yesterday I decided to take a photo of everything I ate. I did pretty well- def helped me think about what I was eating and see that I am eating too much. I need to start measuring again and being more careful about stopping before my plate is cleared... or just start with the bandster portion period. I did not get a photo of the 1 chocolate coverd cherry that I ate or the 1/2 of a snickerdoodle that I ate. ugh.

had just a little bit of eggs left.
drank 2 quarts of tea
nacho's on a tiny plate- about 8 chips/cheese/salsa/sour cream
dinner
dinner left over, I ate more bread though after I thought I was finished, but not all of it
too much wine- 3 glassesdon't even want to know how many calories. This is an eye opener for me, now I can really see why I haven't been loosing, eating too much for sure!
