I'm staying off the scale today, just doing my other stuff and in a couple of days we will see! My clothes are feeling more comfy even though the scale hasn't gone down in over a week. I am pre-TOM so I know that it will probably be impossible to get the scale down this week. I'm going to try to start walking more. I'm going to map out a 1, 2, and 3 mile walk (so I have options) from my house and start with that. I am going to do the couch to 5k training too just to get myself on a schedule and back into the habit of doing it 3 or more times a week.
I'm trying to get lots done this week (online classes, house cleaning, errands, etc) so I'll do my best with posting frequently but no guarantees...
The important part of this post is that your clothes are more comfy. Teh scale can be such a nasty little thing, and I don't think it healthy to relay solely on it's readings, but more on how you are feeling and how your clothes are fitting. When things settle down a bit in my life maybe we can meet on the Centennial Trail on your way home and do some walking there!
