That's my new nick name.... just kidding. I do have some food confessions though. I didn't make good choices on Friday, and then some more on Saturday. I'm on track today. That's what really counts... I am supposed to be eating puree'd food until Tuesday. Because I was feeling good and got a little cocky with my eating I went way beyond puree.

Saturday I couldn't keep my hand out of the bag of barbcue kettle chips!
What I've come to realize though is that if I really want to get healthy and loose this weight- I have to use my tool correctly. I can't use and abuse it, I have to sick to the plan and the rules of band eating. I already feel better now that I am back to eating by the rules... I weighed in this morning (scared to see what my piggish behavior had brought) and found I was up 1.5 lbs. Not too bad, but I could be down that much if I had followed the plan! We will see what tomorrow brings for my weekly weigh in. I hope to only be up 1 lb. I can only hope!
And now for some good news, I'm going to be borrowing Shana's elliptical. She works out at the gym and they are moving to a smaller house so she's going to let me borrow it! I love having great friends :)

Recliner VS. Bed
More great news is that I am finally almost back to being comfortable sleeping in my bed! I like to sleep on my stomach, so the surgery obviously made that impossible. Last night I slept about half of the night on my side and half on my stomach. So glad to be back in bed and out of the recliner!
