that's more like it...

a bit better on Thursday...

bfast:

sausage McMuffin, no egg and water
diet coke

snack- none! yaya!

lunch:
chicken lean cuisine, cottage cheese, diet gree ice tea

snack-
4 chocolate m&m egg things (kinda like extra large m&m's)

dinner:
chicken and rice casserole (chicken, beans, corn tortilla, rice, enchilada sauce) topped w/sour cream and fresh tomatoes
tortilla chips (not too many, just a few)
2 glasses wine (consumed during dinner prep and during and after dinner)

skinny cow icecream pop
