Sunny Saturday...

started out ok...

bfast:
went out with Dave and a friend-

I had french toast (2 slices of bread, dipped in egg with butter and powdered sugar only)
water
and about 3 bites of Dave's Chicken fried steak, and one bite of his hashbrowns.

diet coke

sf redbull

lunch:
Mc Donald's (arg. bad choice I know, I know)
cheeseburger
small fry
small diet coke

no snacks!

dinner:
1/4 of a hamburger patty (too dry)
1 cup rice a roni
1/2 cup greenbeans w/velveeta cheese melted in them
diet coke

other:
vitamin water
2 glasses wine
ice cream- full calorie kind- (again I, know!)

two things could have been better, but for the most part I am doing better with portion control. I need to work on not eating after dinner though. hum. I'll try to see if I can find something else that will distract me from those cravings.
