Ugh. Stressed to the max.
Emotional eating. Check.
Trying to keep myself away from food today so that I don't exacerbate the problem!
So far today:
2 starburst for breakfast
diet coke
tootsie roll
2 pieces of chicken (baked, leg meat, didn't eat all of it- maybe about 1 leg total)
few bites of ceasar salad w/croutons
4 bites of cake. mmm. it was good. forced myself to stop eventhough every ounce of my being wanted to eat a huge, HUGE piece of it.
NEED to get some water in me and focus on heatlhy fuel for the bod!

Good job on putting the cake down. Once I start, it's really tough for me to quit. Take a deep breath. You can do this.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, Starburst for breakfast? You know that's not real fruit, don't you? Yummy, though. If this is your eating when you're being "good"... no wonder you end up eating everything but the kitchen sink when you relax it up a bit. You aren't eating enough "real" food. I love Cake!
