Work was crazy busy, I am helping my mom write a business plan for a buisness that she is trying to buy, and trying to stick to good eating and exercise means early mornings and late nights- as a matter of fact on Wednesday I left my house at about 6:30 am and I didn't get home until after 10pm... so yeah. Busy might be an understatement. Every single day wasn't that extreme, but almost!
I lost 2.4 pounds this week- I forgot to weigh this morning first thing, so I may be down just a little more than that (I hope).
I've been doing a good job of going to the gym and eating okay. I went to a new doctor- a doctor who has a band and specialized in women's health- I need some help getting my weight loss going again so I decided to meet with her. She has me doing a pretty low carb (under 30) and high(er) protien at a minimum of 60 per day. No calorie counting neccessary and there are a variety of veggies that don't count towards my carb count (? not sure how that works, but I'll take it). I just met with her on Friday, so I am going strict on Monday. I carbed up a little this morning before the 5k (half a bagel).

ReplyDeleteWay to go on the 2.4lbs lost. Your doctor sounds way better than mine. I like that she specializes in women's health. Wish I had one of those around here. Great job!
