blah. and a fill today...

blah because I am up again! I weighed in this am at 195, that is up another pound. WTF. I spent all day yesterday walking around (Capital Hill, Farmers Market, Mall, etc.). I am not in love with my scale. Maybe I just need to track food for a couple of days to see where I am f'ing things up. Glad to have a challenge to keep me in check- and best of all, I am getting a fill today. Just a small one I think- I hope I get to do it under floro, but the dr.'s office called and said I have to have pre-approval all of the sudden. My days of insurance coverd fills under floro may be coming to an end. boooooo. I'll update more later.......
