    Wow! You are beautiful....very elegant!!

    I got married last year and I remember how much fun it was finding the dress. I wound up having mine made because I couldn't find exactly what I wanted...in a size that would fit me. sigh.

    Totally off topic from your post here...but I gotta ask you a couple questions about the Couch 2 5K program.

    1. Can I just walk on the in-between days? I am used to walking for about 45 min to an hour every day now..so can I keep doing that on the in-between days?

    2. The podcasts on the Go Nicole Yourself page has 2 podcasts for each week. On the 3rd day do I listen to one of the other ones for that day or am I supposed to pick on to listen to for all 3 days.

    3. I am at 292 right now. Should I wait until I lose 40 more pounds to start the running part and just walk for now? Do you know of anyone as heavy as me doing this?

    4. (ok, i guess I have more than a couple questions) I am going to have to do part of this on the treadmill because the weather is just too unpredictable. What should my mph be for the walking part? How about the running part?

    Ok...done picking your brain. Thank you so much for all your help with this. I really want to be able to finish the 5K and not be the last one across the finish line. Go back to wedding planning. Do you watch Bridezilla's? I was addicted to that show when I was planning my wedding!
