actually migraines, are what have kept me away. On Monday I had a headache, no biggie just a regular headache. Tuesday woke up with the same headache, got to work, headache was getting much more intense and by the end of the day- full blown, head pounding, nausea, MIGRAINE! Came home, got the comfy clothes on, took my meds and went to bed. Woke up Weds. with just a little migraine hangover. Tons to do at work, and I was convinced the migraine was gone. Wrong. As soon as I get to work it is getting worse again, by the time I get out of my first meeting of the day I want to go home, but have already committed to a classroom in the afternoon for a lesson and a meeting with several students. ugh. power through. Borrow an ice pack from the health room. Check to see if I have any meds with me. No- dammitall! Finnaly finish with group and class- get permission to leave work early. Get home, comfy clothes, ice pack, meds, bed. Thursday migraine gone, head now hurts on the other side. Dull headache. Can deal with it on the right side now, so I know it isn't going to get worse (migraine).... go to work, make it- ahhh. Right side is still achy. I am super stressed- really need to have a serious conversation with Dave about us. I need to know if he is ever going to be in a place to get married. I could post a mile long, but I have to go to work. I have to bring it up this weekend, I can't really torture myself with headaches and sad feelings for much longer.
My weight has stuck at 199 even though I have been eating like crapola.
I'll post more soon. Gotta run.

I've only had one migraine in my life and hope to never have another. I'm sorry you had a rough week and hopefully your conversation with Dave goes well.
ReplyDeleteOh, I am so sorry you have had such terrible headaches. I wish I could help!
ReplyDeleteAs far as the Dave talk goes, I am going to Aunt Cherie's Saturday and will be home Sunday but I will absolutely come home at any point if you need me to. Please call me! Hopefully the phone call will be to tell me you are getting married!
Sounds awful! Those relationship talks can be so tough. I'm sure it'll all work out for the best. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI am a migraine sufferer so I can understand what you went through! I'm so sorry! What meds do you take? I'm a big fan of Treximet (even though it costs an arm and a leg).
ReplyDeletei had one of those this past week...they suck! Took a few days to recover. Take it easy!
ReplyDeleteAw poor thing! Hope the migraine goes away after the "talk"!!!
