mini-goal.

I weighed in at 204 this morning, so I am setting a mini goal of getting to 199 by April 15- totally doable if I stick with rules and get liquids in and exercise! I think my fill is good right now, but I am going to stay on top of it and make sure I go in the second I start loosing the restriction.

When I get to 199 I will post a side by side of my before and current. Here is me today...

I am starting to see some results! Oh, boy does that feel good :) Hope you all have a great day and don't get too fooled!
