6 frikity frakin miles!?!?

So my big plan for Sunday was a 4 mile run. I have been a super slacker on my w/o's during my spring break, just one run all week. There is a great trail that is near my house for running, walking, biking and horseback riding. I decided to go there for my long run which would be out 2 miles and then back 2 miles for a total of 4 miles. My out run was mostly at an uphill incline, so I was thinking maybe my pace was off... (there are mile markers on the trail) nope, one of the mile markers on the trail was missing! So when I finally saw the one that I expected to say I had gone 2 miles, it actually was mile number 3. I turned around there and jogged all the way back too. My knee was sore at the end, but I felt fine with my energy level and breathing. It was really sunny today and I think I got a little bit of sun on my face. Gotta remember the sunscreen from now on. I also did a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down walk, so I actually got in a total of about 6.5 miles today. When I got home I mowed the lawn and it looks awesome. A totally productive day. My favorite kind. Unfortunately I've been having some pretty intense pain- just below the ribs, middle to left side radiating all the way around and up my back. Had an episode tonight that woke me up from sleeping @ 3am (hence the 4.:25am blogging). I am calling in to work tomorrow and heading to the walk in clinic if I can't get in with my own primary care doc. The pain was pretty intense tonight. I almost woke up Dave to take me to the hospital. I am feeling a bit of relief right now, but I am worried it is my gall bladder- ick. I'll keep everyone posted.
Let's have as good of a Monday as we can people!
