I've gained back up to 208. not taking care of myself...ick.
I need a fill and I will call today.
I need to make sure I take a lunch every day!
When I skip lunch I eat a bunch of snack type foods when I get home (and dinner). When I skip lunch I wander around the office looking for snacks and candy bowls with chocolate in them. When I skip lunch all I can think about is food.
Why is it that I know exactly what I am doing wrong here but I just keep doing it, oh and then I complain about NOT losing?
Sometimes I am too hard on myself and sometimes I am not hard enough...

ReplyDeleteIt's good to identify what is blocking you. Get your game face on and prepare your food for tomorrow. You can do this! You are SO close to being in Onederland!! Get your fill and keep pressing thru! One foot in front of the other!
ReplyDeleteOh Jen, I do know what you mean.. sometimes we are our own worst enemy.. Somehow I expect the fill to be the end all to my WL problems.. but really I need to move my ass (and I am great at excuses not to exercise.. too much snow.. too much rain. it's thursday.. I have a hang nail).. You recognize your problem area.. Rebekah said it best.. you need to have a plan of attack when those moments creep up on you. Good Luck
