211.5 this morning- only 1/2 a pesky pound to get to 50lbs lost! gahhh! I am going to be obsessing about it all day...
I am going to do my C25K workout today, so hopefully I'll sweat out that last .5 to get to 211 even.
Can't believe I am so close! I am so happy that I finally broke my plateau- I think it was more me than my body. I tracked my food very carefully the last two weeks and saw that a bite here and a bite there were really adding up. I was eating when I wasn't hungry, getting back into old (bad) food habits. Glad I got my act together, I had a good loss this week and I hope to keep it going.
I'm definitely going to stick with my C25K workouts while in Mexico next week, it is really helping boost my weightloss and I am really actually enjoying it.
