My weight has not gone down since November (and stuck, I lose, gain, lose, gain the same 2-3lbs weekly). Stuck at 215 for 2 months. I should be well in to the mystical land of 1-somethings by now. I can't help but feel a little blue today.
I am starting week 2 of couch to 5 k and I read yesterday on a blog that someone lost 25lbs training for C25K. Maybe I could be so lucky that it would help me lose 16 so that I could reach my first mini goal?
One can only hope. ugh.

Keep working your band. It has to show up ( or down rather ) sooner than later. Plateaus suck. DO you think you need a fill?
ReplyDeleteI know how you feel - I've been doing the same thing since July. Keep your head up and trust the band - it will have to come of eventually. And yes, I bet the C25K will work wonders! I need to give it a try as well. If only reading about it would make a difference! ha ha!
ReplyDeleteI'm really hoping the C25K really helps gets things moving for me as well. I've been jumping round the same 3 pounds for about a month now and a couple days ago I thought I had got things moving again since I actually broke into the teens (219), but nope back up to 221 today.
