
I'm doing my best to ditch another pound.... anyone want to provide me with a safe haven? I did pretty well this week eating. I have to cut back on my wine, (waaaah!) I've been having a glass in the evening. I have to say it is still better than I was doing, but I know the alcohol factor slows down my loss.... exercise? still working on it. I did join a Zumba class and some co workers are goingto be walking out on the field at lunches so I'm going to try to do twice a week at work and twice a week at home. Now I just have to get up and get my try in gear!! Off to work, I love fall! The first few days of school have been great and a few people have commented on my loss of 25lbs. I think about 10 more lbs and my loss will really be noticable. When you are really fat to start (like me) it takes a while for people to notice a loss. Dave and I are going to Canada to watch the ALL Ford Drags at Mission Raceway this weekend. Should be fun! I'm going to try not to eat too much junk. I have an appointment with the nutritionist next week! TOM is here so I have tons of cravings... ick. My clothes are fitting so much more comfortably, hopefully that will help to keep me on track. Gotta run to work...
Jen, it is tough to lose weight. Just keep working at it like you have been. I am more than willing to work out with you if that will help. I would love to meet you at the Centennial Trail after work and walk with you. Just let me know what I can do to help and support you!
