chugga chugga choo choo!

still eating right, back up this morning a couple of pounds, but not too worried I am only weighing daily as a way to keep myself on track. I know I should weigh in only once a week, but I just gotta do this my way sometimes. My eating has been good. Yesterday I managed to stay low carb, but I was hungry all day so I ate a lot. Today I am doing better with the amount I have eaten.
I am going to work very hard to stay on track while in San Diego I want to see that scale way down when I get back!
