obviously I have been less than diligent with my blogging because I have been making not such great choices on my eating. Lots of grazing and snacking on junk- for pete's sake I had THREE mini candy bars yesterday! I am an emotional rollercoaster. I really have to start dealing with my feelings instead of turning to food. Today I am doing better.

sub sandwich
strawberries
I also had 6 ritz crackers- I was feeling a bit queesy after my snack this morning and again right before lunch.
Dinner is a mexican chicken casserole. sould be pretty healthy and low cal if I can control my portion.
my bad choice today was to eat 4 bites of cheese cake while I was making dinner. I am still calling myself a work in progress....
