Not so great today, but still my intention is to continue sharing.... I am not necessarily eating better yet, but I am eating less. Yes it is true. I was eating a lot more than all of this when I wasn't reporting in daily... I give myself props for not eating the cake, frosting or sampling the mini cupcakes last night. Still need to get the book Melanie recommended though.
OH, and I went to my first support group meeting. It was interesting. I met Alison, Denise (? I think) and Penny (who is funny, cute and has the same birthday as me- wow we have so much in common already!) :)
