so I'm a work in progress here, but I feel like blogging is really helping. I am really thinking about what I eat, how much, and that I am going to be writing it down.... a junk food diet gets embarassing when you know people are going to be looking at it. : }
Weds. Foods
bfast:
special K w/milk
snack: diet coke
lunch-
slice of pepperoni pizza @ costco, so it equaled about 2 slices
(plus a bite of Trevor's hot dog in exchange for some pizza for him)
diet coke
snack:
2 choc. chip cookies
handful of plain potato chips (let my self get too hungry)
dinner:
green salad,
corn,
cheesburger macaroni hamb. helper
diet coke
dessert
berry cherry vitamin water
ok, so like I said I am a work in progress- I can see more clearly already some areas where I can definitely improve. Gotta find some healthy snacks for when I get hungry between meals. I am already doing much better on portion control.
I still have to work on 2 things this week- eating off a smaller plate, no liquids with meals. Oh and a third thing find the book that Melanie reccomended- Mindless Eating.
